Likes: apples and apple-related foods, dry barley (she carries a piece around her neck every place she goes; it reminds her of home). Also enjoys punishing Fawkes by throwing him around her neck like a shawl.
Dislikes: Despite being blank and self-sufficient, she harbors a deep fear of loneliness. In a weird way, she relies on Fawkes quite heavily for company, a fact that he knows and attempts to comfort in his own backwards way.
Fears: being alone and failure are probably the things that scare her the most It's a secret. >x>; She's also fairly claustrophobic.
Strength: She's very fast on her feet. Her powers are shadow-based with her main ability centering on animating inanimate objects. Fabric is her favourite since it's easier to manipulate. Her ability to manipulate things has to do with the energy created from the souls of the recently deceased shifting pockets of air and causing things to move.
Weakness: She's terrible at social interactions. Just...terrible. She has no idea how to read people, and while she's very quiet, she may act little crazy from time to time. It's not that she actually IS crazy, she just doesn't know how to bridge the gap between being quiet and making conversation. Mostly, this stems from having very little insight on other people's emotions. It may also point to her avoiding something. Power-wise, her shadow-based powers obviously means she has trouble using her power during the day. It's because of this, she and Fawkes are mostly nocturnal. This is also why she keeps one side of her face covered in shadow, combing her bangs down over the right side of her face.

Personality: an enigmatic and manipulative girl of indeterminate age - while she states that she is 24, she will also claim to be older than she looks. She proves to be highly intelligent, though she is constantly blank in both expression and mannerism. Even for a recluse, Clove often acts strangely and regularly accomplishes abnormal feats, such as perching herself atop thin branches high up in trees or precipices of rooftops. She claims she feels safest in high places. Despite these displays of power, Clove harbors a secret illness that brings her power levels down during certain times of the month, and even during certain hours of the day.

History/Bio: As far as her past goes, she's constantly churning out different stories about where she came from and it can be difficult to tell which, if any, of these stories are true. Currently, she's taken to telling others she was once a goddess who fell from grace after falling in love with a mortal. The holes in her stories are many, but it's better not to try calling her on it, considering she'll shrug it off or possibly not even answer.
Ever since she was quite young, she has struggled with poor health that is linked to her powers. It started with the death of her elder sister whom at the time of her birth was twelve years older than she was. A priestess guarding a temple set up to guide the spirits from their bodies to their resting place, her sister was a very skilled witch specializing in healing and Six days and six nights after her birth, her sister's body was found lifeless in the early morning hours following an important ceremony with a recently deceased man.

Trivia:
She is based off of a character named Ayumi, combined (...er...sorta...) with Delgado. Both of which are from the same storyline, and both of which are almost exact opposites, except in appearance.

Her familiar Fawkes, is also an incarnation of a character I already had for a different storyline.
Although she finds friendships with other people to be fairly pointless, she tends to be kinder to animals, especially dogs. This is mostly due to her weird older sister/younger brother relationship to Fawkes.
She doesn't like children. Like, at all. They freak her out.
She's cold in demeanor, but she also keeps a firm grip on her temper, never losing her cool all that often. However, when she does, it's explosive.
Though normally not a fan of physical contact, when hugged or treated too kindly, she will blush furiously. When called on it, she will either change the subject, talk over the questioner, or completely ignore them.
Only Clove knows what actually happened to her sister the night she died. She has never revealed it to her parents.
Chitose has a keen interest in Clove's "lavender aura", but she is not her sister's soul. The two are unrelated.

Fawkes
A raccoon dog (or tanuki if you'd like. UwU) with the ability to transform into various things; however, he is only capable of transforming into objects he's actually SEEN, and can only maintain this form for short bursts of time (typically around 15 minutes or so). It's because of this quirk, he's addicted to energy drinks and items heavy in calories to maintain his forms. He and Clove share a very strained relationship and often argue like an older sister and younger brother might.
The first time the two of them met, Fawkes was thrust upon Clove as an almost hand-me-down familiar when Clove came of age; he was originally created by Clove's elder sister and upon her death, his spiritual energy was fused in with Clove's. This was actually meant to a tactic to keep her alive since she nearly died from an illness that soon became the center point of her powers.

Trivia:
He is capable of taking human form, but is incapable of speech as a human and much like any of his other incarnations, he is unable to maintain it for very long. When in human form, he looks to be around the age of eight or nine.
Unlike Clove whom appears emotionally constipated, Fawkes has no problem speaking his mind, which can lead him to getting in a bit of trouble with Clove since, like a little kid, he will blurt out anything with little regard for how it might sound.
He's a bit of a chatterbox if talking about the right (or possibly out-of-context) subject.
He has a mischievous nature, but is also fairly lazy, very much like the stereotypical tanuki. When left alone for too long, he will entertain himself by pulling pranks on people around him. He once tried pulling pranks on Clove when he wasn't as fond of her, but each time he attempted a prank, she was somehow able to turn the prank around on him.
he is capable of speech even in his tanuki form, but will rudely sniff any stranger, especially those he suspects might be carrying food.
Because of Clove's lack of control over her powers, he never merges with her soul completely, and as such, though he is a magical being, he does not disappear and reappear when summoned like a normal Familiar. Simply, he remains free to do as he pleases until Clove is able to control herself better.
Though created by her sister, Fawkes' very being is directly interwoven with Clove's soul. This connection makes it difficult for the two of them to be separated for very long or very far for that matter. It would be like pulling the fibers of a muscle too far; obviously it would cause tearing and a terrible amount of pain. It's the same thing for Fawkes and Clove, pulling them apart would be horribly painful for both of them.
